Instructions
  1. Place the peppermint leaves in a teapot or mug.
  2. Pour boiling water over the leaves.
  3. Cover and let steep for 5-10 minutes, depending on desired strength.
  4. Strain the leaves from the tea.
  5. Add honey or a squeeze of lemon if desired.
