Instructions
- In a small saucepan, bring the water to a gentle simmer.
- Add the grated ginger and turmeric. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and strain the liquid into a mug.
- Stir in the lemon juice, honey, and a pinch of black pepper.
- Enjoy warm.
