Soothing Lavender Salve
A gentle, all-purpose salve for calming irritated skin and promoting relaxation.

Instructions
- Create a lavender-infused oil by gently heating the coconut oil and dried lavender in a double boiler for at least 1 hour. Do not let it boil.
- Strain the oil through a cheesecloth to remove the lavender flowers, squeezing to get all the oil out.
- Return the infused oil to the double boiler and add the beeswax pellets. Stir until the beeswax has completely melted.
- Remove from heat. If using, add the lavender essential oil and stir.
- Quickly pour the mixture into small tins or glass jars.
- Let the salve cool and solidify completely at room temperature for several hours.
